Here’s a simple spell for strength during difficult times:

What You’ll Need:


  • A small red or black candle (for strength and resilience)

  • A piece of hematite, tiger’s eye, or another grounding stone

  • A piece of paper and a pen

  • Optional: Lavender or rosemary for calm and focus


Steps:


Set the Mood: Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Light the candle and, if using herbs, place them nearby.


Write Your Intention: On the piece of paper, write a simple affirmation, such as:

“I am strong, resilient, and capable of overcoming challenges.”


Hold the Stone: Hold the grounding stone in your hand and take a few deep breaths. Feel its steady energy grounding you.


Chant Your Affirmation: Repeat your affirmation three times aloud or in your mind, envisioning yourself surrounded by a glowing light of strength and protection.


Burn the Paper (Optional): If safe, carefully burn the paper in the candle flame as a symbolic release of fear and an invitation for strength. If burning is not an option, fold the paper and keep it with you.


Close the Spell: Thank the universe, your deities, or your inner self for the strength you already possess. Extinguish the candle, and carry the stone with you as a talisman of resilience.
