Cancellation Policy
🌿 Sacred Knot Ceremonies – Wedding Booking Policy 🌿 Thank you for choosing Sacred Knot Ceremonies to honor your love. To ensure your special day is meaningful and stress-free, please review our wedding booking policy. 📅 Booking & Availability A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date and begin crafting your custom ceremony. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the ceremony. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed without a deposit. 🕯️ Ceremony Customization Each ceremony is uniquely crafted with your vision, spiritual path, and preferences in mind. You’ll receive one consultation (in person or virtual) included in your booking, along with one round of ceremony edits. Additional customization or meetings may incur a small fee. 🌧️ Outdoor Ceremonies We happily perform handfastings and unions in nature! However, you must have a weather contingency plan in place (tent, indoor option, etc.). The officiant reserves the right to delay or reschedule in cases of dangerous weather. 🕊️ Travel & Location Travel is included within a 40-mile radius of New Boston, NH. Additional mileage is billed at $0.65/mile. Overnight stays or accommodations (if needed) are the responsibility of the client. 🔮 Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed one time, free of charge, with at least 14 days' notice. 💫 Ceremony Conduct We serve all loving couples and honor all paths. Hate speech, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of services with no refund. We reserve the right to decline ceremonies that conflict with our values of inclusivity, respect, and spiritual integrity. 📜 Legal Officiation For legal marriages, it is the couple’s responsibility to secure the marriage license and bring it to the ceremony. After the wedding ceremony has come to a close, there are still a few more points to hit before the legal side of the process is complete. The marriage license needs to be signed and completed by the couple and officiant, with no errors or blank fields present. The license must be brought back to the office it was issued within six days of the wedding by the officiant.
